Rates
$80/hr. (plus traveling charge if applicable.) For a detailed description of services and fees, please click on "Helpful Forms" and then click on "Client Handbook." This is my complete desdription, and my fee schedule is on page 2. Session lengths of 20, 30, 45, 60, 80 and 120 minutes are available - please see page 2 for their respective fees.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions: (I provide a receipt you may submit to your insurance carrier. I do not file with insurance companies at this time.) I am a provider with Deer Oaks EAP.

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
A reduced fee schedule is used for hardship cases on a limited basis, and the need will be verified.

Payment
Cash or check. Major credit cards are accepted via this website.

Cancellation Policy
If you are not at your home or office when I arrive for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session (emergencies excepted).
